We kindly ask that all of our guests RSVP by April 24th, 2025!

Our ceremony will take place outside in an open area near the venue. The reception and dance will be held inside the dome. In the event of unfavorable weather, all events will take place inside the dome.

There is a big parking lot and room to park on the road leading up to the venue. Being so close to the city, there are also taxis and uber services that can be utilized!

We ask that you wear anything that makes you feel fabulous!

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate all of our guests plus their children. Please read your invitation which will indicate the names of the guests that we will be able to accommodate on our special day!

Absolutely! There will be a ticket toonie bar.

Pitch Kitchen will be catering our wedding day! If you have any dietary of food restrictions, please indicate that on your invitation so that we can inform our caterers as soon as possible!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it to the wedding venue. A wedding card box will also be at our reception if you choose to contribute to our honeymoon fund! We will also be hosting a gift opening Sunday afternoon at the venue!

There will be a time gap between our ceremony and reception in order for the bridal party to get pictures! Guests are encouraged to stay, have a refreshment, and play some lawn games or go back to their hotel rooms for an afternoon nap! ;)

Yes! We encourage you to take many photos during our special day! Our ceremony will not be "unplugged" but we do ask that you do not stand in the isle or obstruct our photographers shots!
